Return Policy
We understand sometimes items just don’t work! No worries. All orders placed on our site can be returned within 21 days of shipping. Returns must be accompanied by the packing slip along with a brief reason for return or exchange. We will gladly accept any merchandised returned new, unused or in unworn condition with the all original tags and stickers attached.
Please allow 2 weeks for exchanges and refunds to be processed. Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. All refunds will be for the amount of the returned item less shipping cost. If an order is returned due to an error on our part, we will gladly also refund all shipping cost.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged if an item is returned after 21 days of the shipping date, if an item is returned to the incorrect address or if an item has been shipped by FREIGHT delivery. Customized items, special orders, and items that have been installed or used are non-refundable.
